A New Jersey boat bill of sale is a legalized document that details the vendor, purchaser, and vessel involved in a legitimate boat transaction. Getting a Boat Documented

Within ten days of acquisition, a new vessel owner must register the vessel with the state of New Jersey. Virtually or, physically at a New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission office, or through mail to an MVC office, you can renew your documentation.
