Missouri Boat Bill of Sale
To confirm the legality of a sales transaction ( between a person buying and a person selling) as regards a boat, a Missouri boat bill of sale is drawn. This form usually contains essential details about the parties and goods involved in the transaction. For authenticity, this form is to be approved by authorized persons.

Registering a Boat

Registration must be done for vessels with motors as long as or longer than twelve (12) feet. If a boat is newly acquired, it is expected to be registered within sixty (60) days of acquisition. Registrations of vessels last for three years and are expected to lapse on the 30th day of June of the third year. Click here to see more about renewal.
