Kansas Boat Bill of Sale
The Kansas boat bill of sale is a legal document that records the transaction involving the transfer of ownership of a boat or vessel in Kansas. It details the agreed-upon purchase price, the parties involved, a description of the boat, and other relevant information. It’s required when the new owner (the buyer) wants to register the vessel in their name and should be presented to the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism to complete the transfer process. Of course, it must be signed by the buyers and sellers before it’s considered valid.
