Georgia Boat Bill of Sale
The Georgia boat/vessel bill of sale is a legal document that is used as proof of a transaction that involves the transfer of ownership for a boat. The transaction may be a purchase, sale, or trade between two or more parties.
It has information related to the transaction like details of the boat, its condition, purchase price, the contact details of the parties involved, etc. The bill of sale will need to be presented when the new owner wants to register the boat. This is done at the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and will require the bill of sale to be signed.
