A New Hampshire motor vehicle bill of sale is a legalized paper that complies with NH RSA 261:148 III and documents the transaction of an automobile in New Hampshire. Odometer Disclosure Statement (Form TDMV 12): This form must be included in the bill of sale of any vehicle that weighs below sixteen thousand pounds or is below the age of ten.

Car Registration: car possessors have sixty days to document their automobile with the Department of Motor Vehicle from the purchase date or relocation. Registrations must be renewed every year. Vehicle possessors can renew their licenses at their municipal town or city clerk's office.
