Certificate of Title (request for duplicate titles at the local deputy registrar license agency);
Ohio vehicle bill of sale document (that has been signed)
Odometer Disclosure Statement (Form BMW-3724);
An acceptable driver's permit is required.
If the owner authorizes another person to register the car on their behalf, an Ohio Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney is needed.

Evidence of insurance that meets the minimum requirements:
Twenty-five thousand US dollars for a single person's physical injury or demise (for every accident);
Fifty thousand US dollars for two or more person's physical injury or demise (for every accident); and
Twenty-five thousand US dollars for belongings destruction (for every accident).
