Signature demands - The form must be signed by both the purchaser and the vendor.
Odometer Disclosure Statement (Form TDMV 12): This form must be included in the bill of sale of any vehicle that weighs below sixteen thousand pounds or is below the age of ten.
Car Registration: car possessors have sixty days to document their automobile with the Department of Motor Vehicle from the purchase date or relocation. Registrations must be renewed every year. Vehicle possessors can renew their licenses at their municipal town or city clerk's office.
Vehicle holders can document their cars at the city clerk's office or in their municipal town.

If someone is registering the car for the vehicle owner(s), the state's Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney is required.
