The Indiana motor vehicle bill of sale is a document that serves as evidence of the terms agreed upon by a buyer and seller when carrying out a transaction involving the change of ownership of a vehicle. Information such as the vehicle make and model, the parties involved, the sale price, etc. is included. 

The Indiana vehicle bill of sale a required document for the purchase or transfer of a private vehicle from one owner to another and must be presented when registering with the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). If it’s unavailable then the new owner will be unable to register the vehicle under their name. Keep in mind that the bill of sale must be completed and signed by the purchaser and the seller.
