An Arkansas motor vehicle bill of sale (Form 10-313) is a legal document that proves ownership of a vehicle has been transferred. An odograph disclosure statement, which is typically separate, is conveniently included in the form. To register the vehicle, the new owner must provide a legalized sale slip.

Documents Required

  • Certificate of Title; 

  • Valid driver's license; 

  • Sale document and odometer disclosure statement;

  • Registration Fees; 

  • Evidence of Indemnity with the following minimal requirements:

    • Twenty-five thousand US dollars physical wound for each person 

    • Fifty thousand US dollars for every crash 

    • Twenty-five thousand US dollars for belonging destruction.

You may also require:

  • Personal Property Tax Number (PPAN) designated by your county assessor

  • Proof of paid tax receipt

  • Present Year County Tax Assessment

  • Lien Contract/Security Agreement

  • A motor vehicle power of attorney when registering on behalf of someone else.
